Production System
The company relies on the latest methods in production by using state-of-the-art technological systems to automatically transfer oils from crude oil tanks to blends, reducing common errors caused by human intervention. This is achieved by utilizing the latest version of the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) software from the German company Siemens.
Production operations are conducted under the full supervision of the technical management, following the instructions outlined in the blending order. The batch system is applied in production according to the marketing plan prepared by the marketing management.
A phased inspection system is implemented during the production process by the company's attached laboratory, ensuring the product's quality and confirming its compliance with international standards at all production stages, starting from the receipt of raw materials to the filling and packaging of the final product in preparation for distribution
The company is committed to continuous improvement and conducts all calibrations for all standard devices used during the production process and all testing devices in accordance with international specifications.
