After-Sales Services Department
Is a new department created by the company to provide the highest levels of service and technical support to our customers who represent the success partners for Al Madina Specialist Co. The department shall take samples of oils during operating periods, analyze them, ensure their quality and validity, issue reports with the necessary advice to keep the oils in service or change. All reports issued by the department are guidance reports. Equipment users must comply with equipment manufacture instructions in terms of working hours, performance level required, ISO VG or SAE degree.
